您可以使用兩種方式追蹤您的 ROMWE 訂單。

1. 在 ROMWE 網站上跟蹤

跟蹤 ROMWE 訂單的第一種方法是使用網站。您需要訂單的跟蹤號,該跟蹤號可在訂單頁面上找到。

  1. 轉到“我的帳戶”。
  2. 登錄您的 ROMWE 帳戶。
  3. 轉到“我的訂單”。
  4. 點擊「查看詳細資訊」。如果您的訂單已發貨,您將收到一封通知電子郵件。郵件將包含您的跟蹤號。
  5. 選擇「跟蹤」並在當前頁面頂部的搜索框中輸入您的跟蹤號。

然後您的包裹將被跟蹤,並提供其他資訊,例如交貨時間和包裹的精確位置。

典型的 ROMWE 包裹的追蹤號碼長度為 15 個字元,包含字母和數位。每個訂單都有一個關聯的追蹤編碼。當您的訂單發貨時,我們將發送電子郵件通知。

2. 使用第三方工具進行跟蹤 - TrackingMore

此外,您可以使用第三方跟蹤工具 TrackingMore 來跟蹤您的訂單。

請按照以下步驟使用 TrackingMore:

  1. 訪問 TrackingMore 的 訂單跟蹤頁面
  2. 輸入電子郵件中提供的運單號。
  3. 點擊 「Track」 按鈕。

如何取消 ROMWE 訂單?

ROMWE 訂單只能在發貨前取消。訂單一經發送,便無法取消。

您可以在下達 COD ROMWE 訂單後的 6 小時內取消訂單。

  1. 登錄到您的 ROMWE 帳戶。
  2. 找到「我的訂單」並選擇您下達的正確訂單。
  3. 選擇 「Cancel」(取消)。

未付款的訂單只能由買家按照以下步驟取消。

  1. 登錄到您的 ROMWE 帳戶。
  2. 找到「我的訂單」並選擇您下達的正確訂單。
  3. 選擇 「Cancel」(取消)。

取消后,分配給未付款訂單的折扣或積分將退還至您的 ROMWE 帳戶,並且仍然可以使用。

預付款訂單只能在 ROMWE 付款前取消。還值得注意的是,一旦您收到發貨通知郵件,就無法取消訂單。

ROMWE 訂單需要多長時間?

向 ROMWE 下訂單後,處理時間通常需要 3 到 7 個工作日,不包括週末和公共假日。處理後,預計發貨時間如下。

  • 標準配送: 10 至 28 個工作日

  • 快速發貨:2 至 4 個工作日

ROMWE 為註冊學生提供 10% 的折扣,併為超過 49 美元的訂單提供免費送貨服務。運輸從世界各地的各種倉庫進行,包括歐洲、美國和中國的地點。由於大部分庫存都存放在中國,因此某些商品可能需要更長的時間才能發貨,但不會產生額外費用。

根據庫存情況,從離最終目的地最近的倉庫發貨。一個訂單可以接收多個包裹。

請注意,配送時間不包括處理您的訂單所需的 3 至 7 個工作日。運輸時間可能會因您所在的位置和快遞公司的速度而異。延遲可能是由於位址無效或清關問題等因素造成的。如果您的訂單處理時間比預期的要長,您將收到一封電子郵件通知。
