How to Track Your RoseGal Order?

Here are the steps to track your order on RoseGal.

Step 1: Log into your RoseGal account, which you use to place the order on the website or mobile app.

Step 2: Click on the "My Orders" section.

Step 3: Select the particular order you want to track and copy the tracking number.

Step 4: Paste the tracking number in the field provided and click "track."

The package information will show up on the next page.

You can also track your RoseGal order with a third-party order tracking platform like TrackingMore.

Follow the simple steps below.

Step 1: Go to TrackingMore's tracking page.

Step 2: Input your tracking or waybill number in the search box.

Step 3: Once you enter the number, press the "Track" button.

Step 4: You'll see the latest status and location of your package, along with any updates on its journey.

By using TrackingMore, you can easily track your RoseGal orders without needing to log into the RoseGal website.

How to Cancel a RoseGal Order?

You may change your mind after placing an order and want to cancel, as with many e-commerce stores, this is not uncommon.

According to the information on RoseGal's website, you can easily cancel your order at any time if you have not paid for it by using the following steps.

  1. Log in to your RoseGal account using the website or mobile app, and click on the "My Orders" section.
  2. Your recent orders will be displayed on the screen.
  3. Select the order you want to cancel and click the cancel option.

However, if you have already paid for the order but want to cancel it, you must contact RoseGal's customer support immediately before the order is processed. Do note that RoseGal will be unable to cancel or alter any orders that have already reached the processing stage.

If your order has already been processed, you would have to wait for the order to be delivered to you and then apply for a refund.

However, you can only refund items under the following criteria.

  • If the item is faulty, damaged, or soiled on arrival,
  • If the item is received in the wrong size or color,
  • If the item has not been washed, worn, and used yet does not meet your expectations within 30 days of package receipt.

If your order falls under any of these criteria, you are to contact RoseGal's Support Center immediately within 30 days of product receipt for a partial refund of the order price.

How Long Does a RoseGal Order Take?

All orders on RoseGal are processed and shipped from abroad, so depending on your location and the shipping service you use, you should typically get your orders delivered in between 7 - 40 days.
