There are two ways to track your SHEIN orders.

You can track your orders with the following steps:
Step 1:
Log in to your SHEIN Account (which you used to place the order) via the website or app and click on "Orders."

Do note that SHEIN is a global and reliable company, and you will definitely get your refund. You just have to exercise a little patience in case there are a lot of refunds and return requests pending.
Although rare, there are cases where customers tracking their order on TrackingMore or SHEIN, an error message like "tracking not updating" may appear or the tracking order feature may seem to be unresponsive or faulty, this could be for any of these reasons:
1. Short time Interval
This occurs when you just made a purchase a few hours ago and are already checking to see if the package is on its way. Note that it takes at least 24 hours for the shipment to be processed and only then should you expect an update on the track order status to be reflected.
2. Tracking Data not Received from Carrier
SHEIN relies on the carrier service to send tracking data to them to update your tracking application. If the carrier does not send the data in time, you will not get an update on your package status in time.
Sometimes, your tracking data might be sent with an incorrect tracking number, this will cause the tracker to not show any information on the location of your package.
In this situation, you are required only to contact your carrier or SHEIN after 24 - 48 hours if the problem persists.

SHEIN tracking is usually updated when the package is scanned at designated checkpoints. Sometimes, for certain reasons, the driver carrying your package from one checkpoint to another might be driving slowly, probably due to traffic jams, mechanical problems, traffic laws, etc. This influences the rate at which your tracking data is updated.

2. Wait for the tracking update to reflect because it can take up to 48 hours for the tracking information to be created. Sometimes all you need to do is wait, this can save you from stress and have you focus on other things rather than worry unnecessarily.
3. If after 48 hours the issue has still not been resolved, you can contact your courier service if you can't get through to SHEIN directly. The courier will help locate the last checkpoint where your item was scanned and track down its current position along the shipping route.
4. You can request a refund if you wait for days or reach out to SHEIN and your courier has been futile. SHEIN will issue a refund if your package has been lost or if the shipping tracker has not been updated for a long time.
5. Sometimes the tracking issues could just be a problem with the application, so restarting the application will solve it. Issues like runtime errors, bugs, or glitches can temporarily affect tracking and other app functions.
6. Log out and log in again if the problem continues. This will help refresh your tracker and account information and force-stop any hangups your app is experiencing.
7. You can uninstall and reinstall the SHEIN app as well, this will help clear your device of any corrupted or potentially damaged files and replace them with fresh copies.
This solution is very effective if you keep experiencing recurring problems with your SHEIN app or tracker function.
8. Check and fix your internet connection as well, because the SHEIN tracker relies on your internet connection to give you live updates, if your network reception is bad or your internet connection is unstable, you will not receive the updates so be sure to fix your internet connection promptly.
9. Update the SHEIN app if the problem persists, a lot of times, tracking problems can persist if your app is not up to date, as issues relating to bug fixes and improved functionalities are regularly released in updated versions. You have to check for updates or enable automatic app updates from your app installation settings.
