或者,您可以使用 TrackingMore 轻松跟踪您的 Tomtop 订单。该平台支持全球 1,300 多家快递公司,包括 USPS、FedEx、UPS 和 DHL。只需在 TrackingMore 的跟踪页面上输入您的跟踪号,您就会获得包裹的最新更新,而无需登录任何帐户。

如何取消Tomtop订单?

如果您联系我们,任何处于“待处理”状态的订单都可以立即取消,以便我们帮助您将其更改为“已取消”。但是,如果您已经为订单付款但尚未发货,Tomtop.com 可以全额退款并为您取消订单。您只需联系他们的客户服务即可

只有当订单已经发货并将在短时间内送达时,客服才无法帮助您取消订单。您需要做的就是等待订单到达您的地址,然后将未开封的订单寄回给他们,这样 Tomtop.com 收到订单后就可以退还您的款项。

请记住,您必须承担退回商品的运费,因为 Tomtop 不支付这笔费用。同样,除非提供跟踪服务,否则应用程序不对运输过程中丢失的任何订单负责。退回的退款将在收到您的退货后 1-3 天内处理。

Tomtop 订单需要多长时间?

Tomtop 订单根据最终目的地地址和运输方式选择进行配送。在这种情况下,如果您选择从中国仓库发货,您可以从三种可用运输方式中选择您的运输方式。

航空邮件和航空挂号邮件

这种运输方式需要 7 到 15 个工作日才能到达美国、加拿大、荷兰、西班牙、德国、法国、日本、韩国、英国、澳大利亚、新西兰和新加坡。另一方面,比利时、丹麦、芬兰、爱尔兰、挪威、葡萄牙、瑞典和瑞士需要 7 到 20 个工作日。巴西、俄罗斯和墨西哥需要 15 到 35 个工作日。其他国家需要 7 到 25 个工作日。

紧急医疗服务

对于巴西和俄罗斯,运输通常需要 10 到 25 个工作日。而对于其他国家,平均运输时间为 6 到 8 个工作日。

DHL 加急运输

这是目前为止三种运输方式中最快的一种,因为它只需要 3 到 7 个工作日就可以送达全球。但是,当您的货物从欧洲仓库运往欧洲国家或美国和加拿大时,Tomtop 的运输时间会更短(2 到 15 个工作日),因为运输是通过 DHL 或 UPS 等快递公司进行的。
