如何取消Tomtop訂單?

如果您聯絡我們,任何處於「待處理」狀態的訂單都可以立即取消,以便我們可以協助您將其變更為「已取消」。但是,如果您已經支付訂單但尚未發貨,Tomtop.com 可以為您提供全額退款並為您取消訂單。您所需要做的就是聯絡他們的客戶服務

客戶服務無法幫助您取消訂單的唯一情況是當訂單已經發貨並且將在一段時間內交付時。您需要做的就是等待它到達您的地址,然後將其原封不動地寄回給他們,這樣 Tomtop.com 就可以在我們收到退回的商品後為您退款。

請記住,您必須承擔退回商品的退貨運費,因為 Tomtop 不支付該費用。同樣,除非提供追蹤服務,否則該應用程式不對運送過程中丟失的任何訂單負責。收到您退回的退款後,我們將在 1-3 天內處理退款。

Tomtop 訂單需要多久時間?

Tomtop 訂單的交付取決於最終目的地的地址和選擇的運輸方式。在這種情況下,如果您選擇從中國倉庫發貨,您可以從三種可用的運輸方式中選擇您的運輸方式。

航空郵件及掛號航空郵件

此運輸方式需要 7 至 15 個工作天才能到達美國、加拿大、荷蘭、西班牙、德國、法國、日本、韓國、英國、澳洲、紐西蘭和新加坡。另一方面,比利時、丹麥、芬蘭、愛爾蘭、挪威、葡萄牙、瑞典和瑞士則需要 7 至 20 個工作天。巴西、俄羅斯和墨西哥需要 15 到 35 個工作天。在其他國家需要 7 到 25 個工作天。

快遞

對於巴西和俄羅斯,出貨通常需要 10 至 25 個工作天。而對於其他國家/地區,平均工作天數為 6 至 8 天。

DHL 加急運輸

這是迄今為止三種運輸方式中最快的運輸方式,因為只需 3 到 7 個工作天即可在全球範圍內送達。但是,當您的貨物從歐洲倉庫運送到歐洲國家或美國和加拿大時,Tomtop運輸時間會更短(2 到 15 個工作天),因為運輸是透過 DHL 或 UPS 等快遞公司進行的。
