Fill in the order tracking number in the field provided and click "Track."
You can track your Wish order with the Wish website or mobile app with the following steps:

Select the order you want to track in the "Order History."
Step 2:
Click on the item to see "order details."
Step 3:
The estimated time of delivery and tracking details will be displayed on the page.
It is not abnormal for you to decide to cancel an order you just placed. For reasons best known to you, you may decide to rescind your decision to purchase an item on the platform.
Wish understands this and has made order cancellation as easy as possible. For most products, Wish provides a 30-minute cancellation window where you can make changes to the purchase or cancel the order as a whole. During this period, you would have to submit a cancellation request.
Below are the steps to do so:
Step 1:
Log in to your Wish account, which you used to place the order, with the transaction page to view your order history.
Step 2:
Locate the item you want to cancel and click on it to load the Item Details page.
Step 3:
Click "Need help with this item?" to activate the Wish Assistant.
Step 4:
The Wish Assistant will process your order cancellation, and you won't be charged if the 30-minute cancellation window has not elapsed.
If the 30-minute cancellation window has elapsed, Wish will not be able to cancel the order. What you can do is simply wait for the order to be delivered and then apply for a return to get a full refund.
Wish orders are usually shipped by individual merchants selling on their platform. However, you can get a notification of the estimated delivery date range for your package in your order checkout email.
Typically, Wish orders take 15-30 days to arrive and, in rare cases, can take up to 45 days. The shipping destination and courier service used by the merchant have a large role to play in determining how fast you get your order.
Although Wish does not sell any products, they offer shipping options to merchants like:
Standard shipping enables packages to be sent through multiple carriers, especially at the final leg of delivery where local carriers are used. It is relatively cheap but not as fast as other options and may not offer final carrier tracking.
Wish Express is a shipping option provided by Wish; it enables orders to be delivered within 5-10 working days and sometimes even as fast as two working days. This option is more costly than the standard variant but is not available for all items. Items that can be shipped with Wish Express are usually marked with an orange truck icon. Although delivery times vary according to the shipping destination, delivery dates are provided in the Delivery Guarantee section on the listing page or below the item.
2-Day Delivery is an option provided by Wish Express. As explained above, items can be eligible for 2 Day Delivery, and you can select the option as shown in the image below;
If you are unsatisfied with your Wish order for any reason, you can apply to return the package. Here are the steps below.
Step 1:
Visit the Wish website and locate the order history page.
Step 2:
Select the particular item you want to return and click "Customer Support" to contact a customer support rep who will facilitate the package return processing.
Step 3:
Select the kind of refund you want from the options provided, such as partial refund and so on.
Do note that to avoid being disappointed by your order when it arrives, do not expect the exact quality as advertised on the website, especially if the product is considerably cheaper than expected.
The following conditions are required for a successful refund.
Please note that if you purchased a service from a merchant, you could only get a refund at the sole discretion of the merchant.
However, you can request a refund or return if your package does not get delivered to you within a stipulated time by using the Wish mobile app or website or contacting their customer service. Here are the steps below.
Step 1:
On the Wish Mobile App, click "menu."
Step 2:
Click on "Order History," select the order you want to refund or return, and click "Contact Support."
Step 3:
The question "Did your order arrive?" will pop up. Select "No."
Step 4:
The options "Wait a Bit Longer" and "Get More Assistance" will be displayed; select the appropriate option of your choice.
Step 5:
Select the refund method you prefer, e.g., Wish Cash, or the original payment method.
Step 1:
Log in to your Wish account on wish.com.
Step 2:
Under your profile, click on "Order History" and select the product you want to return or refund.
Step 3:
Click "Customer Support."
Step 4:
Some questions about your product will be displayed; simply select the "Refund" option.
