How to Track Zaful Orders?

There are two methods for tracking your Zaful order.

1. Track through the Zaful Website

This method lets you keep track of your order on the Zaful website.

1. Log in to your Zaful account.
2. Tick "My Orders" on your account page.
3. It will bring out all your orders on Zaful.
4. Tap on the order you wish to track.
5. Insert your 'Order Number' link on the page.

Zaful has an estimated 24 hours before your tracking will be activated.

2. Track through TrackingMore

You can also use a third-party tracking tool called TrackingMore. You can track your order directly without logging into any account.

Here are the basic steps.

1. Visit the TrackingMore's order tracking page.
2. Enter the tracking number that Zaful provided for you in the email.
3. Click on the "Track" button to get the latest status of your package.

How to Cancel a Zaful Order?

Canceling orders on Zaful is easier if you haven't paid for that purchase. Once you have made the payment on Zaful, it will be difficult to cancel that order, especially if the product has already been shipped out.

If you place an order and you wish to cancel it when you haven't made payment yet, follow these steps.

1. Open your account on the website.
2. Tap on "My Orders."
3. Click the "Cancel" button to cancel your order.
4. Your order will be successfully removed.

If you have already made a payment on the website and you wish to cancel that order, immediately contact them on their website.

Once an order gets shipped out on Zaful, you will not be able to cancel the order or get a refund for that purchase.

How Long Does a Zaful Order Take?

Zaful purchases take about one to three weeks at most to get to the customer. It can get to different customers at different times depending on the type of shipping a customer is using.

There are two shipping methods available, and these two methods include Standard shipping and Express shipping.

Standard shipping usually takes 8 to 25 business working days to get to the consumer, while Express shipping takes 6 to 15 working days.
