有两种方法可以追踪您的Zaful订单。

1. 通过Zaful网站跟踪

此方法可让您追踪Zaful网站上的订单。

  2. 在您的帐户页面上勾选“我的订单”。
  3. 它将带出您在Zaful的所有订单。
  4. 点击您想要跟踪的订单。
  5. 在页面上插入您的“订单号”链接。

Zaful 预计需要 24 小时才能激活您的跟踪。

2. 通过 TrackingMore 进行跟踪

您还可以使用名为TrackingMore的第三方跟踪工具。无需登录任何账户即可直接跟踪订单。

以下是基本步骤。

  1. 访问TrackingMore的订单跟踪页面
  2. 输入Zaful在电子邮件中为您提供的跟踪号。
  3. 点击“跟踪”按钮即可获取包裹的最新状态。

如何取消Zaful订单?

如果您尚未支付该笔购买费用,则取消 Zaful 上的订单会比较容易。一旦您在 Zaful 上付款,取消该订单将很困难,尤其是当产品已经发货时。

如果您下了订单但尚未付款,想要取消订单,请按照以下步骤操作。

  1. 在网站上开设您的帐户。
  2. 点击“我的订单”。
  3. 单击“取消”按钮即可取消您的订单。
  4. 您的订单将被成功删除。

如果您已经在网站上付款并希望取消该订单,请立即通过其网站联系他们。

一旦订单于 Zaful 发货,您将无法取消订单或获得该购买的退款。

Zaful 订单需要多长时间?

Zaful 购买的商品最多需要一到三周才能送达客户。根据客户使用的运输类型,商品可以在不同时间送达不同的客户。

有两种可用的运输方式,这两种方式包括标准运输快递运输

标准运输通常需要 8 到 25 个工作日才能送达消费者,而快递运输则需要 6 到 15 个工作日。

某些因素会影响包裹的送达时间。这些因素包括国家法定节假日、进口清关问题、需求增加、送货详情错误或其他小问题。

请务必确保您写下正确的地址详细信息,以避免混淆或不必要的递送问题。

Zaful 运费

Zaful 使用分级系统计算运费;也就是说,您订购的越多,运费就越低。

这些类别分为 4 种不同的顺序值:
