如何追蹤 Zaful 訂單?

有兩種方法可以追蹤您的 Zaful 訂單。

1. 透過 Zaful 網站進行追蹤

此方法可讓您在Zaful 網站上追蹤您的訂單。

  1. 登入您的 Zaful 帳戶。
  2. 在您的帳戶頁面上勾選「我的訂單」。
  3. 它將顯示您在 Zaful 上的所有訂單。
  4. 點擊您想要追蹤的訂單。
  5. 在頁面上插入您的「訂單號碼」連結。

Zaful 預計還有 24 小時後您的追蹤才會被啟動。

2. 追蹤TrackingMore

您也可以使用名為TrackingMore的第三方追蹤工具。您無需登入任何帳戶即可直接追蹤您的訂單。

以下是基本步驟。

  1. 造訪 TrackingMore 的訂單追蹤頁面
  2. 輸入 Zaful 在電子郵件中為您提供的追蹤號碼。
  3. 點擊“追蹤”按鈕即可取得包裹的最新狀態。

如何取消 Zaful 訂單?

如果您尚未付款,取消 Zaful 上的訂單會更容易。一旦您在 Zaful 上付款,就很難取消該訂單,尤其是在產品已經發貨的情況下。

如果您下訂單後希望在尚未付款時取消訂單,請按照以下步驟操作。

  1. 在網站上開設您的帳戶。
  2. 點擊“我的訂單”。
  3. 點擊“取消”按鈕取消您的訂單。
  4. 您的訂單將會成功刪除。

如果您已經在網站上付款並希望取消該訂單,請立即透過他們的網站與他們聯繫。

一旦訂單於 Zaful 發貨,您將無法取消訂單或獲得該購買的退款。

Zaful 訂單需要多久時間?

Zaful 購買的商品最多需要一到三週才能送達顧客手中。根據客戶使用的運輸類型,它可以在不同時間到達不同的客戶。

有兩種運輸方式可供選擇,這兩種方式包括標準運輸快遞運輸

標準運輸通常需要 8 至 25 個工作天才能到達消費者手中,而快遞運輸則需要 6 至 15 個工作天。

有些因素可能會影響包裹的遞送時間。這些因素包括國定假日、進口清關問題、需求增加、交貨詳細資料不正確或其他小問題。

請務必寫下正確的地址詳細信息,以避免混淆或不必要的遞送問題。

Zaful 運費

Zaful 在計算運費時使用分級系統;也就是說,您訂購的越多,您的運費就越低。

這些類別分為 4 個不同的訂單值:

  • 購買價值不超過 18.99 美元:運費 9 美元。
  • 購買 19 美元至 38.99 美元:運費 6.99 美元。
  • 購買 38.99 美元至 58.99 美元:運費 5.99 美元。
  • 購買 58.99 美元起:免運費

上述運費適用於美國的標準運輸方式。
