Prepare your CSV file
Currently, TrackingMore supports both XLSX and CSV file formats, and offers a CSV Auto-fetch option through Google Sheets connection. You can refer to the CSV templates offered by TrackingMore.
Upload your shipment data
Please go to "Shipment Dashboard" to track packages and "AWB Dashboard" to track air cargo. Then, click the "CSV Import" button to upload your file to our system.
Let TrackingMore work your magic
Once the file is uploaded, TrackingMore's system will automatically detect the carrier information for each tracking number if the courier_code is left blank. You can then:
- Monitor the progress of your shipments in one place
