Buffalo Spåra

I paid my duty & VAT on 14 January 2022. Because o have Buffalo logistics as a beneficiary i used the incorrect reference number. I got multiple calls thereafter to say that I must pay the VAT I have emailed the Nightingale lady to explain that I paid already and sent them proof of payment, got no response for days. I ended up having to pay again. I've been trying to get a hold of them since yet nothing. No response to emails and when you call either the call gets cut immediately or a machine saying that you number 40 in the que answers- by then you so desperate for answers that you decide to wait your turn in the que. You end up being on the line for 10-15 minutes straight and the minute you get to the front of the que. your call gets drop!! that's how pathetic their service is. I guess I can't count on getting my money back.

I've been waiting for my order for over a month now via Buffalo. Service is pathetic

Buffalo! At least have the common decency of letting your clients know WTF is happening!!

What going on with Buffalo I am so frustrated now,they dont answer any calls,messages or emails

Good day. I have been trying to contact Buffalo for days now and they are unreachable. The whatsup number they provide is not working and when you contact them telephonically they are still not reachable.

My parcel said when I track sent to the depot can't get hold of them on the phone;whatsapp;email what is the depot number in cape town that I can getthem

When tracking my parcel, it says it's been received and delivered yet there was no delivery to my address! I want my parcel!

They didn't deliver my parcel after waiting till 5pm at work They sent me a message saying my address is wrong, I still want to go to their s today the phone is not answered

my order was supposed to arrive between the 3 Dec - 6 Dec and it’s still not here. I really need it urgently. Can anyone help

My parcels was at the delivery bay in Durban on the 2nd December, on the delivery van on the 3rd December, its the 5th today almost 15h00 and I can't even speak to anyone as they don't answer their phones.

I haven't received my order yet and I was supposed to it on the 4th of December

I have not receive my order yet it was confirmed delivered
