hi all Buffalo Logistics is pathetic and needs to be shut down alternatively the companies using them need to be taken away. Please report them to ICASA and the relevant ombusdman for further investigation.

I'm so upset with buffalo..... when they need you to pay tax they will call you 1000times but you need your parcel no1s answer our msg at WhatsApp I think we are scammed this Is not possible that everyone is complaining

Can't get a hold of Baffalo 7 weeks waiting for my order , says delivered and received while I haven't received any parcel, what kind of company is this call their number can't get through, whatsapp they reply with email, got your ticket refrain from sending more msgs as it lead into more delays, BAFFALO IS MY WORST NIGHTMARE

I can't view the status of my order even if I try the tracking link,what yo do?

My is in transit since the 27th of August, paid customs, was supposed to be delivered between the 4th and the 10th this month and today is the 20th still nothing, what a bad service

What the hell I going on?? My order has been saying "Flight delayed expected to arrive in South Aftica 20210907 16:15:00" and it hasn't. When I call its the automated response then the call ends. The WhatsApp number they have provided is said to not exist and doesn't go through on WhatsApp. So mad and disappointed at Shein at this point. Buffalo is one shady shxt!! I don't know why they switched me from Aramex to Buffalo.

Service is very poor we have been waiting fr our order since August, no respond from your WhatsApp and your calls was placed on hold. What a poor service how can we order again if we have this
