Parcel not received,but status showing i have received my parcel how irresponsible ,they are cheaters

Medicines from Netmeds. They are the worst. Yesterday SMS recd reg delivery. They didn't deliver or even called. No delivery updation even at this point of time. They are cheats

Worst delivery ever no support waiting for my order since 7 days

I ordered sonething online and that was supposed to delivered to me till 29 Jan . But its already 1 week late and i still didn't get my order , and through my tracking no. i get to know my order is at same place from last 4 days and its mentioned below that "contact the carrier as there is no update of ur order from long time" .And the worst part is, no one at is attending call or replying to the email i sent to them. Hate this

Very good approach and fastest delivery.

I applied for refund. Delivery boy asked my address. I guide him very clearly. But he didn't come to home. But the message is " you want later pickup". Then the next day the delivery boy told me he comes and pickup the item in evening. But he didn't come .the message is " wrong address". I wonder, how it is possible delivered your product in wrong address.

My order has been delayed, no update on my order Could not able to connect with the on call and worst part is they do not even respond me on email. Would never consider xpressbees in future.
