the delivery guy was really kind and responsibe

I have got the parcel without any damage and the delivered with in the time

This is the worst service I have ever encounter. I order some product from Nykaa and it was suppose to delivered on 3rd Jan but it’s 7 Jan and I still haven’t received anything.

I had order from Urbanic and they choose to get my package delivered by xpressbees- Kolkata, as the package delivery was late , I had cancel the order ,somehow there were no option so I returned the package , upon saying the same to delivery guys they harassed , got very insulting and forcing me to take the package. It was an awfully experience, so much so that I planing yo file an FIR against them . So think before you order

Delivery boy name Guri Ginder (truecaller name) and phone number +91 98881 74629 behaves rudely, he always denies to deliver at the given delivery address and call us to point 1km far from our given location. We request the company to make sure he don’t deliver any item again in our region!

Service is worst, courier boy telling he will not give home delevary, I told him I am in hours unable to pick. But he denied to give .talking behavior is worst.. Oder no 382064263..after conversation I was unhappily cancel the order..

They are not calling, but instead I'm getting a message that we could not deliver as the customer was not available, when I spoke to the delivery man he said that he can't come and deliver it to my place instead I have to go to their to collect, I have raised a complaint against it but still no response. Don't use this courier service
