D product is lying wid me fr more dan a mnth nd dey hv not picked up yet. Dey gv false msg dat customer wants d product to b picked up later but in actuality dey hv just not cum to pick up d product, It's just an absolute Lie nd wen i tried to speak to their , dey didnt receive d calls. D courier service is very very inefficient and uncooperative. Not to b trusted nd no one shld use this courier service
Delivery delayed by a week, tracking unavailable due to pathetic system. Twice out for delivery and at EOD I get sms with reasons I have never given. Provided no's do not pick calls. All updates and reasons are fake. Horrible experience and upfront liars.

Ordered product on date 22 october 2021 but Product not delivered till date and status show that delivered. Its a chor company both meesho and xpressbees mile hua hain dono company chor and fraud hai. Saale bhikhari kahin k.
they never called me but update that the customer is not available. it is worst experience. Why Ajio choose this for delivery partner.

Even after 7 days of returning the order it is not been received et...everytime different reasons by the parcel pickup person. Employee is rude to talk if ask for help.bad words to customer and also given for their parents dont know why. Even if it is not customer mistake why they have to suffer?
No delivery attempts simply updating status as customer not available. Hope this company gets vanished soon to save sellers and buyers. Run by brainless people.
