When sending or receiving packages through Turkey's national postal service, PTT, many users turn to PTT tracking to monitor the status and location of their shipments. Upon dispatching a parcel, you will be assigned a unique tracking number, allowing you to access the PTT tracking services. Since tracking details vary based on the service utilized, the information provided for each shipment will be distinct. For convenient tracking, you can utilize Turkish Post’s official website, and the PTT Kargo mobile application, or opt for a third-party tracking solution such as TrackingMore, all of which are available at no additional cost.

A PTT tracking number is a unique alphanumeric code assigned to each package or mail item sent through the Turkish Post for easy identification and monitoring throughout its delivery journey. PTT tracking numbers are 13 characters long and consist of letters and numbers.
The first two characters represent the type of service and can be used as check digits to verify the accuracy of the tracking number. The next nine digits are a unique identifier for the shipment. The last two characters are "TR", identifying the carrier as Turkish Post. Here are some examples of Turkish Post tracking numbers:
Domestic Shipment: AA 473874832 TR
International Shipment: RR 987654321 TR
Registered Mail: RF 456890112 TR
The PTT tracking number is located on the shipping label of your parcel. You can also find the tracking number:
In the confirmation email, you received from the sender.
In your online account with the sender.
On the Turkish Post website.
If you can't find your Turkish Post tracking number, you can contact the sender or Turkish Post customer service for assistance through their different communication platforms, including social media.
The specific meanings of Turkey Post tracking statuses may vary slightly depending on the logistics service used. For example, domestic delivery status will vary slightly from international delivery status due to the extra delivery processes involved. However, in general, the tracking statuses provide information about the current location and status of your parcel during its transit and delivery process.
